Transformative Support Groups for Personal Growth

At the heart of our Be Well program are support groups designed for teens (14 and older) or for adults. Kindful Body’s Be Well Program is ideal either for those who could benefit from extra support in addition to their current therapy and/or nutrition counseling of for those who don’t need individual therapy or nutrition counseling, but need a little extra short-term support.

Research has shown that our self-awareness, self-compassion and self-care contributes greatly to our well-being. These groups we’ve designed will provide you with essential tools or a tune up to help you be well, love well and live well!

 
 

Meal Support Group Coaching Program

Wednesdays 12-1 PM, Pacific Time Zone

Ideal for anyone struggling with food that needs a little extra support. Subscription includes a weekly meal support group, coaching via Recovery Record, and access to our exclusive library of videos.

Teen Body Image Group

Tuesdays 5-6 PM, Pacific Time Zone

Six-week, virtual body-image support group for teens ages 14-19 who are interested in improving their relationship with their bodies.

Led by Jen Villaseñor, LMFT

 

 

Intuitive Eating 6 Week Group

Teens - Thursdays 4-5 PM, Pacific Time Zone
Adults - Wednesdays 12-1 PM, Pacific Time Zone

Six-week group to introduce the evidenced-based framework of Intuitive Eating and take a deeper dive into each of the 10 principles.

Mindfulness & Embodiment Group

Wednesdays 12-1 PM, Pacific Time Zone

Six week group that will introduce mindfulness and embodiment practices to adults who are interested in increasing their ability to be in the present moment. The classes will include space for journaling, deep reflection and group sharing.
