About Kindful Body’s Intuitive Eating Groups

This 6 week group will introduce the evidenced-based framework of Intuitive Eating and take a deeper dive into each of the 10 principles focusing on 1-2 principles per group.  Dianna will provide guidance around how to integrate the principles of Intuitive Eating into your recovery process through education, group discussion and interactive activities allowing each participant to relate to and learn from each other.  Join this community with others who are also on their journey of finding a peaceful relationship to food and body.

About Dianna Marino

Dianna has been a Registered Dietitian since 2013, completing both her master’s degree in Nutrition Education and her dietetic internship at Columbia University.  She became a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in 2018 under the guidance of Evelyn Tribole MS, RDN, CEDRD-S and co-author of Intuitive Eating, and has since been working primarily with eating disorders at the IOP and PHP levels of care, leading groups and providing individual nutrition counseling using the Intuitive Eating framework.  Dianna is also a certified yoga teacher and a new mom who enjoys spending time with her family and dog.

Dates and Times:

  • Wednesdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm PST - Group for Adults

  • Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm PST - Group for Teens

  • Dates will be announced once there are 8 participants registered.
