Deepen Your Presence. Regulate Your System. Expand Your Embodied Self Energy.
As IFS professionals, we know that Self energy is at the heart of healing. But when our nervous system, or our clients’ are dysregulated, it can be harder to access Self and connect with parts.
This intimate, 7-week group invites you to explore the synergy of Somatic IFS and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)—a powerful, polyvagal-based listening program that gently supports nervous system regulation. You’ll experience both modalities together, discovering how they can open new pathways to Self-led presence and deepen your therapeutic work.
What You’ll Experience
Over seven weeks, you will:
- Engage in guided Somatic IFS practices to unblend from parts and increase embodied Self presence.
- Participate in SSP listening sessions to gently support ventral vagal activation, emotional resilience, and connection.
- Explore the integration of bottom-up regulation (SSP) with inside-out parts work (IFS) in real time.
Connect with peers in a supportive community of IFS-trained professionals.
Why This Group?
Somatic IFS and the SSP share a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the system’s natural pace of healing. Together, they can:
- Strengthen your ability to stay present during moments of activation.
- Create more internal safety so parts feel less reactive and more open to connection.
- Cultivate a steady, attuned presence that your clients can trust and draw from.
Access embodied Self energy more fully, supporting both your own regulation and your clients’ sense of safety.
Note: group size is limited to maintain an intimate, experiential environment
