What is Kindful
Kindful Body is an online resource to cultivate self-compassion, self-acceptance, self-care, and self-love for ourselves and our bodies in order to live more balanced, healthy, and happy lives. It’s about the importance of nurturing ourselves so that the inner-strength and wisdom we all have can shine through, which is what allows us to change and heal. When we adopt a kinder attitude toward ourselves, we are able to open ourselves to being truly present.
